, a 12-episode mini-series adaptation, will be released on Amazon Prime Video on March 3. Here is everything you need to know before watching the show.

The novel was published in 2019 and tells the story of a fictional band, chronicling their rise to fame and subsequent fall from grace. The story is told through a series of interviews conducted decades after the band’s split, with first-hand accounts telling the story of Daisy Jones, Billy Dunne and the rest of The Six — particularly, the love triangle between Daisy, Billy and Billy’s wife, Camilla. The show stars Riley Keough (Elvis Presley’s grand-daughter) as Daisy Jones, Sam Claflin (

This is one of the highest anticipated book adaptations of 2023, and early reviews are giving fans hope, with critics praising Keough and Claflin’s performances and the undeniable chemistry between the two. It’s no secret that this show has a lot to get right, from the 1970s setting to giving life to the band’s sound to keeping Jenkin’s original story intact. Witherspoon took interest in the adaptation before the novel was even released, and fans can find comfort in the success of the other book-to-screen adaptations under her belt.
