I write with an important clarification about the Anthony Brindisi fundraiser at the Little Pub on Sunday, January 28, and in response to
The Spectator
article about it that could be read as implying some sort of College partisan impropriety. No Hamilton College organization, including the Hamilton College Democrats, contributed any financial support, whether in cash or in kind, to the event. The Hamilton College Democrats were co-hosts but not co-sponsors, and their support was limited to moral (and some public relations). I was the event’s sole sponsor and funder.
