During the first couple weeks back on the Hill, the sound of athletes practicing float in the background as students go about their days. Though college sports are not active during the summer, athletes stay in shape in anticipation for the opening games of the fall, and those games are starting to take place. Tennis, cross country, golf, soccer, volleyball and field hockey are all in action, with rowing to follow shortly. Watching a game to cheer on your friends or simply to enjoy the thrill of competition is a great way to spend time in the warm weather. For your viewing convenience,
