Men’s lacrosse:

The Continentals reeled off four goals in the opening quarter and eight more in the second to take a 12–1 lead, and though SUNY Oneonta did not fall behind further in the second half, the 11-goal cushion was easily enough for Hamilton to remain comfortable. Thomas Healy ’26 was the offensive star of the day, racking up five goals. Later this week, the team will travel to Connecticut College to play their final game of the regular season on April 20 at noon.
Women’s lacrosse:

Women’s tennis:
Hamilton secured a dominant 8–1 win over Connecticut College. The lone loss was a doubles match, and participants Shannon Cicero ’25 and Hannah Walpole ’26 both won their singles matches in straight sets. The Continentals ran the table in the six singles matchups, not dropping a single set — only one even went to a tiebreak. Hamilton is now 5–5 and 2–4 within the NESCAC.
Men’s tennis:
Like the women’s team, men’s tennis easily got the best of Connecticut College 8–1, with their lone loss coming in a doubles match and both participants, Coby Feldman ’26 and Charlie Sternburg ’27, winning their respective singles matches. Number one singles player Connor Griff ’25 rebounded from his first two losses of the season with a decisive 6–3, 6–2 win. The team is 7–7 and 1–5 within the NESCAC.
Men’s rowing:
On April 14, the Continentals earned third place in a five-team race at Lake Quinsigamond. Hamilton’s second varsity eight finished fourth in their race.
Women’s rowing:
At the same invitational, the women’s rowing first and second varsity eights qualified for the grand final. The first team finished third in their heat to advance, then finished fifth of six boats in a tightly contested grand final. The second team were runners-up in both their heat and the grand final, both times coming up just short against the Trinity Bantams. The third varsity eight won their race, outpacing Trinity by almost ten seconds.
Women’s golf:
The Continentals were just short of the podium at the 15-team SUNY Cortland Martin/Wallace Invitational on Apr. 14, finishing fourth.
