
Hyla Mosher ’23 has made an immediate offensive impact in her short time on Hamilton’s women’s soccer team (5–2–1, 2–2–1 NESCAC). She currently leads the team in total points (14), including six goals and two assists in only eight games. Mosher will be a player to watch as the team heads into their last five league matches throughout October.

How did you get introduced to soccer:
My older sister played, which made me want to try it.
Favorite thing to do on campus besides your sport:
I really like to eat at all of the food options on campus.
What attracted you to Hamilton’s soccer program:
The whole NESCAC league is very competitive in soccer, which makes every game exciting and fun to play.
Toughest obstacle to overcome during athletic career:
My toughest obstacle was probably my concussion. I had to make tough decisions about when to take time away from sports.
Favorite sports moment at Hamilton:
Playing Middlebury College in a tough 1–1 tie.

I would probably choose hockey because I’ve always wanted to learn how to ice skate.
