
Will Jordan ’20 is returning strong to the Hamilton squash team for his senior season after studying abroad during the 2018–19 school year. Jordan was the only winner during the team’s matches against Middlebury College on Saturday, Nov. 16. He defeated his opponent, Finlay McInerney, 3–0 (11–2, 11–3, 12–10).

How did you get introduced to squash:
I went to a boarding school with a long history of squash and picked it up when I was a new junior there.
What is your favorite thing to do on campus besides your sport?
Complain about there being nothing at the grill at Commons at 6:30.
What attracted you to Hamilton’s squash program?
Kinger had an opportunity for me to keep playing and improving in freshman year before making the top 9 as a sophomore even though I had only played two years of squash before coming to Hamilton.
What was the toughest obstacle to overcome during athletic career?
My nose got broken one time playing basketball in 8th grade.
What was your favorite sports moment at Hamilton?
Winning against Hobart in five games in my sophomore year.
What are you most looking forward to this season?
We have an opportunity to be the best we have been in my four years here with strong freshman and senior classes and way more depth than we have had before.
