Field Hockey (1–3 NESCAC) suffered a tough 3–2 loss in sudden-victory overtime to #19 Colby. Maggie Reville ’22 had 14 saves to send the game into overtime. After a long back-and-forth stretch, the Mules won with a penalty corner on a shot by Emily Hogan, who snuck a shot just past Reville.

Football posted an important 45–24 win against Colby thanks to performances by quarterback Kenny Gray ’20, running back David Kagan ’20, and the special teams unit. Hamilton scored six touchdowns in total including four in the second quarter alone for 28 points. Gray either passed or rushed for three of them. Colby scored two touchdowns in the second half but were unable to catch up to the Continentals, who committed 0 turnovers to Colby’s 4.

Men’s soccer pulled out an exciting win against Colby. The score remained 0–0 until the game reached a breaking point with only 49 seconds left in double overtime, when Aidan Wood ’20 made a pass in front of Colby’s net and instead of clearing the ball, a Colby player scored an own goal, an instant Continentals victory. Thomas Benson ’22 made five saves for the seventh shutout of his career.

Women’s soccer (5–2–1, 2–2–1 NESCAC) continued their dominant offensive streak and controlled the pace against Colby from the beginning of their match on Saturday. Three first-year players, Rylie Mutton ’23, Ashlyn Gaulin ’23, and Caroline Dawson ’23 all scored. Cat Gambino ’21 also scored two goals during the game. The Mules got only one shot past the Continental goalkeepers Rachel Pike ’21 and Julia Rowland ’21, for a final score of 5–1.
