How did you get introduced to basketball?
My dad shared his love for the sport with me at a young age when he enrolled me in organized basketball.
What is your favorite thing to do on campus besides your sport?
Hanging out in Commons.
What has been your favorite sports moment at Hamilton?
Beating Amherst, who was, at the time, #5 in the nation, was my favorite moment of this season and my overall career at Hamilton.
What attracted you to Hamilton’s basketball program?
When I came for an official visit, I fell in love with the huge personalities of the women on the team. Even though teammates have come and gone, the team has always been fun and is my go-to group on campus.
What is the toughest obstacle you have had to ovecome in your athletic career?
Adjusting to the coaching change after my sophomore year was the main obstacle I had to overcome in my Hamilton career. My first two years as a basketball player at Hamilton were led by the coach who recruited me, which helped me adjust to college and specifically Hamilton basketball. When we had a new coach for my upperclassmen years, I felt like I had to go through the same adjustment that I went through as an underclassmen while still trying to help other players find their footing.
What are you most looking forward to this season?
Making playoffs for the first time since I have been here!
If you weren’t on the basketball team, what Hamilton sports team would you want to be on and why?
Football because I want to feel the rush of playing on Steuben Field.
