The photo accompanying the story about USA vs Canadian Thanksgiving is worthy of comment. The gentleman from Canada needs instruction on how to hold a shotgun — or any firearm. Do not put your finger on the trigger or within the trigger guard until you are able to fire safely. Seems picky, eh? Not if you shoot someone’s ear, or worse, off by mistake. Happy Thanksgiving, USA or Canadian. By the way, the first real Thanksgiving feast with the First Nations occurred in Virginia — not where you think it was.
